Kitchen Painting

The very first project we did in our new house was kitchen painting. Kitchen is the heart of the home you know. And a woman doesn't feel totally at peace until her kitchen is put together, or at least that's the case for me. So here are a few before and afters for you.

I went into Home Depot looking for the perfect paint color for my kitchen door. I walked up to the counter with my eight paint chips, I can normally make decisions very quickly but this needed much deliberation. I probably stood there for almost an hour until I finally picked the color. I was pleased with my choice and brought it home. As I was looking through my box of paint supply I saw a paint bottle, the color on the top looked strangely familiar and sure enough it was the exact same color. What are the odds? It was funny and only proved to myself that I had indeed picked the right color. Apparently that's my favorite paint color.
